Employment Relations Authority

Sometimes, unfortunately, employment disputes do not meet a resolution and require the help of the Employment Relations Authority to reach an agreement. If an issue has not been able to be settled informally between the parties, and after attending a mediation has still not come to a resolution, the next step is to take the matter to the ERA. The Employment Relations Authority is an independent body set up under the Employment Relations Act 2000 who will look at all the facts and make a decision based on the individual merits of the case.

Rose Alchin and Associates have represented numerous clients over 25+ years, both employers and employees, with ERA proceedings and have vast knowledge and experience in this jurisdiction.
